No specialist accounting or technical background is required. Day-to-day use is form-based (customers, invoices, reminders), and setup is guided inside the app.
Yes. Saved customers can be reused from a dropdown when creating invoices, with details auto-filled. Starter includes up to 25 saved customers; Pro and Business include unlimited saved customers.
You can tag customers as one-time and enable auto-delete on their profile. The current release stores that preference and supports manual cleanup from the customer list; full timed automatic removal workflows are available in the automation tooling path and may vary by plan/configuration.
Yes. You can upload your logo and set brand/profile details (business info, VAT, payment terms, invoice notes), and those settings are used in generated invoice documents.
Invoices are generated as PDF and can be sent from the app. When cloud email is configured, invoices/reminders are sent through the integrated email service; otherwise the app falls back to opening your email client with the PDF ready to attach. Scheduling/recurring options are plan-gated and depend on enabled automation configuration.
Yes. New accounts get a 14-day trial on all plans. Card details are collected during sign-up; for first-time trials, billing starts after the trial period. If a trial has already been used on that account context, billing can start immediately when the plan is activated.
You can manage your subscription from Settings and billing controls. Cancellation and billing behavior follow your configured billing provider setup and current billing period.
